You will need to have a GPS-enabled device, phone, or smartwatch, and a Strava account. If you are using smartwatch, please make sure it is synched with Strava.

You would need to go to your ITS profile page and enter/submit your time, along with the link to your activity in Strava.

Siapa yang udah gak sabar ikutan VR Run Series selanjutnya untuk dapatkan keping medali yang ke-3? Sabar dulu ya.. VR Run Series selanjutnya akan diselenggarakan 6-12 Desember 2020.

Sebelumnya, juga ada Catch-Up Run untuk NeTrijen yang ketinggalan VR Run I dan II kemarin.

Untuk melengkapi medalinya, kamu bisa ikutan Catch-Up Run mulai 07-21 November 2020. 10K (Single Run) untuk per 1 Medali.

Indonesia Triathlon Series (ITS) Catch-Up VR Run is for everyone, with any level of experience, to complete the run at his/her own pace. Run the distance indoors or outdoors. The ITS Virtual Run Series give you the flexibility to run in a race, at your own pace, and in your own space.

The ITS Catch-Up Virtual Run is FREE for participants, with an option to buy a participant medal. But, the slots are limited.

Get your basic run ready, you can complete the Catch-Up Virtual Run indoor on a treadmill, or outdoor as long as you maintain the recommended minimum of 2 meters of social distancing. If you are going to do it outdoor, please wear your mask, and do the activities individually (not in groups).
